Teaching Filmmaking in Gelephu, Bhutan

January this year I had the privilege to teach filmmaking to a group of school kids in Gelephu, South of Bhutan, as part of an annual winter program 'Art for People' run by Bhutanese filmmaker Chand RC. The kids were studying in classes IX to XII. As part of the initial classes I asked them to click pictures with their smart phone in Black & White mode. Later they graduated to using DSLR and mirrorless cameras and clicked portraits exploring lighting. They came up with some interesting clicks. I am sharing their work here.
